After surviving the walk down Dalston in the morning, we returned home and the cooking started. The other half worked wonders in the kitchen and made the most massive monster moussaka that I’ve ever seen. It was delicious!! Although monster size portions….. I think this monster will take a few days to digest. Plenty of leftovers!
